Urgent: Equipment Already Returned, But Service Still Active

I’ve already returned all of my Wi-Fi service equipment back in the offline store, the staff in store tell me that I just need to cancel my plan online but like I can’t find anywhere to cancel my plan. Can you help me to stop the service?
