Urgent: [Edited]
To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally log a complaint regarding my new Xfinity service, activated on the 11th. Out of the past week, the internet has only functionalized for two days.
I work from home, and this total lack of reliability is directly impacting my employment. When I called your customer service line, I was told no technicians were available and that I would have to wait an additional three days.
As a new customer who trusted your brand, this level of service is unacceptable. I am demanding two things immediately:
- An expedited technician appointment to resolve this issue today.
- A full financial reimbursement/billing credit for every day my service has been down.
If a prompt solution is not provided, I will have no choice but to cancel my service immediately.
I look forward to your prompt response

Thank you for reaching out. I’m sorry for the inconvenience you’re experiencing with your internet connection. Appointment availability depends on technician schedules and staffing, so if a technician is needed, we’ll offer the next available appointment. You can also join the waitlist in case an earlier appointment opens up. You can view and manage your appointment through the Xfinity app: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfinity-my-account-app-manage-appointments
While you’re waiting for your appointment, you can use Xfinity WiFi hotspots to stay connected until the technician arrives to identify and resolve the issue: https://www.xfinity.com/learn/internet-service/wifi/hotspot-map-mobile
Have you checked the Xfinity app to see if an earlier appointment is available?
