Urgent Complaint – Unsafe and Substandard Wiring Installation
I’m reporting a serious issue with the wiring installation at my residence, and frankly, the work done is unacceptable.
Outdoor cables have been run through the siding and even through crawlspace vents. That’s not just sloppy—it’s improper and potentially unsafe. These entry points are not sealed or protected, which exposes the wiring to weather damage and creates a clear risk of further issues.
On top of that, most of the installed lines are not even functional. Only one connection is working, which defeats the entire purpose of the installation. This points to poor workmanship and a lack of basic quality control.
This setup does not meet expected professional or safety standards. I expect this to be corrected properly—not patched, but redone the right way. A qualified technician needs to come out, reroute the wiring correctly, secure all entry points, and ensure all lines are fully functional.
I’m asking for this to be handled urgently. If not addressed promptly, I will escalate the issue further.
