Urgent Complaint Regarding Prolonged Service Outage

I am writing to formally express my frustration and disappointment regarding the ongoing outage of both internet and TV services for residents at or near Edited <Personal Information>, which began on 3/30 at approximately 11:53 am. For several days, no explanation for the outage was provided. On Tuesday evening, we were informed that “unanticipated repairs caused the outage” and that efforts were underway to restore service. However, as of this message, our services remain unavailable.

This situation is completely unacceptable. Regardless of whether the repairs were anticipated, customers should have been notified in advance of any potential disruptions. The extended downtime, coupled with the lack of timely, transparent communication, is not in line with the level of service one should expect from Xfinity.

I urge you to address this matter immediately and restore our services without further delay. Please note that if this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate my complaint to the Better Business Bureau.

I expect a prompt response and a clear plan for resolution.
