Urgent: Billing Discrepancy and Service Issues
Dear Xfinity Customer Service,
I am writing to express my concern regarding recent billing discrepancies and ongoing issues with my internet service.
Despite the agreed price of $25, I have consistently been charged $30 for my Xfinity services. Recently, I noticed an unexplained increase of $20 in my bill, and the projected bill for August is $50. This unexpected and substantial increase is both concerning and unacceptable.
Additionally, I have been experiencing continuous issues with the internet service. The connection speed has been extremely slow, and the overall performance has not met my expectations.
I kindly request an immediate review and adjustment of my billing statement to reflect the agreed-upon price. Moreover, I urge you to address and resolve the internet speed and connectivity issues.
If these issues are not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to consider discontinuing my subscription with Xfinity.
