Urgent Assistance Required - Xfinity Service Purchase and Refund Issue

My name is EDIT [personal information] and I am writing to bring to your attention an urgent matter regarding a recent visit to the Xfinity office in Davis.

Approximately two days ago, I visited the Xfinity office in Davis, where I was offered a bundled plan for internet and mobile services, accompanied by a discount for subscribing to both services. Initially, we proceeded to make the payment for the internet service, and unfortunately, the payment was processed twice. I was assured that a refund for one of the payments would be issued promptly.

Subsequently, we intended to avail the discount by initiating the mobile service activation process. However, it came to light that my iPhone 13 Pro Max is incompatible with the provided SIM card. As I am not willing to change my phone, the Xfinity representative informed me that they would cancel the internet service purchase (because I wouldn´t have the disscount they promised). This is why I did not receive the Wi-Fi modem or any documentation of the purchase, they told mw it was canceled. 

To complicate matters, the refund for the double payment has not been processed yet. Moreover, when attempting to create a new purchase for standalone internet service, the system indicates that my department already has the service, preventing me from proceeding.

I kindly request your urgent assistance in resolving these issues.
