UPSALE or Distraction Tatic?

Spoke to CHIRK who told me that he can save me money on my bill. After discussing the charges, as that was my initial concern. I had to bring his attention back to that. After that was resolved, I went back to ask about the money he would save me on my cable bill. His response was to upsell me on a cell phone. I do have pictures from the conversation where he told me he can lower my cable bill. And then I also have pictures of the conversation where he states that he couldn’t save me a money on my cable bill, but he can sell me something else. I explained to him, I didn’t feel comfortable purchasing any more products just because they could not get my billing correct with my cable.
