UPS Return

I have processed my return for old equipment, got my shipping label, but now I'm thinking I need to pack it before dropping off. It said free return so I am hoping I don't have to pay for a box.

user_khscwn Thank you for your post for help with your return. The Return support page advises putting the equipment being returned into its original box or any at–home cardboard box that fits your equipment. We do cover the cost of the shipping, and the original box can be used if that is no longer available. I know UPS would have one on hand; however, our prepaid shipping only covers the cost of the shipping label, not the box/packaging.
