UPS return label

Xfinity erroneously sent me a modem when I renewed my 12 month internet contract. I use my own modem. I need a return UPS label to return the modem to Xfinity. Since I have not activated it, it does not show up in my list of returnable equipment. I have tried the xfinity assistant and also called several times but cannot get through to a live person. Their customer service phone tree is one of the worse I have encountered, you go in circles and cannot get help. Please email me a return label ASAP.

Hello user_iga238 thank you so much for taking the time to reach out here on our Xfinity Forums. To have that modem show on your Xfinity Return enter, it will need to be activated.  You can also bring that device back to any Xfinity retailer or UPS store, and return it to us that way.
