UPS Return Label

Hi,

The website will not let me create the pre-paid return label. Please help me complete this transaction so I can return a device.

Greetings user_rl4mla. Appreciate you reaching out! What type of device are you trying to ship back? Was this related to traditional home Xfinity services like TV/Internet or is this related to a Xfinity Mobile device?

Cool! user_rl4mla That should be super easy through the Digital Return Center. Were you getting an error message when attempting to sign in? From reading over everything, it is failing when you are in the return center attempting to select the modem or generate the label? Even if you’ve already disconnected your account, you can still use the Digital Return Center. I wanted to make sure we have all of our ducks in a row.

I still have my account and I log in- it is when I hit create ups return label that it sends me a "sorry this service isn't working" type message
