Hi there! I am sorry to hear UPS lost your package. I can imagine how frustrating that is. Did you file a missing package claim with them yet?

Got it! Do you know if they had you file a claim or get a claim number?
I no longer work for Comcast.
They told me they filed a claim with the shipper, and gave no further details. Tracking number is as follows [Edited: personal information]
