Upload speeds

Does Xfinity offer any higher upload speeds than 35mbps?
I tried to use the 24/7 bot and that is the most useless "chat bot" ever made. Just a loop of useless questions that do not help with people's needs. I can't seem to get in contact with anybody useful and somebody that I can actually understand on the phone.

Not sure what happened to Xfinity and their customer service, but I'm just about done with them after nearly 19 years of having them.

I have 1.3gb download service and the upload is a pathetic 35mbps.

With my wife and I working from home full time and I upload a LOT of large documents and files, the 35mbps is a massive bottleneck.

ATT informed me they will have fiber at my house before too long, and their download and upload speeds are the same. 1, 2, 5gb speeds while Xfinity charges the same rates for 1.3gb download and 35mpbs upload.

@koreanman01

Thanks for reaching out to us, depending on your location you may have the higher upload speeds that have been launched over the recent years to be enhanced to our upgraded next generation speeds https://www.xfinity.com/network . My area was just launched this past spring from 35 Mbps to 300 Mbps upload. You can check the speed plans in our area by going to https://www.xfinity.com/broadband-labels
