Upload Speeds maxed at 41mbps

I know this has been discussed many many times, but I'm bringing this up once again as I'm about to move to another provider.

I'm using a Hitron Coda56 modem and have been capped at 41mbps upload on a 1100mbps plan. This is becoming really frustrating as my security cameras need a good upload bandwidth and this impacts all other clients on my network.

Is there any way to fix this?

Thanks!

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

L_And_B_81 - Hello! Thank you for choosing Xfinity and joining us here on the Forums. We understand how important it is to get the most out of your Xfinity Internet service, and we'd be happy to help troubleshoot your upload speed concerns.
A great first step is to verify the upload speeds included with your current plan. Some older legacy Internet plans offer upload speeds of up to 35 Mbps, and it's normal for customers to see speeds that are slightly higher than their advertised rate. For example, a plan with a 35 Mbps upload speed may occasionally test around 41 Mbps.
To review your current Internet plan, sign in to your Xfinity account online, select Manage Plan, and then choose View and Manage Current Services. You can compare your service tier to the details listed in Xfinity's Broadband Facts labels, which include the expected upload speeds for each plan:

You can also use the Xfinity app to run diagnostics and troubleshoot your connection. It's a quick and easy way to check your service, test your speeds, and identify any issues that may be affecting your performance. Please let us know what upload speeds you're seeing and which Internet plan you have, and we'll be happy to help with the next steps.
