upload speed

Same here with 1.2G down and 40 up for years and year and no increase in upload speed.  I was told up to 1GB upload would be available soon and they have been in my neighborhood upgrading equipment but I have not received any emails or offers or notices to confirm what speeds we can get or when.

Hi, @user_9b82ea. Thank you for reaching out and creating a new post. I see you are also excited about the new upload speeds we are adding as part of our Next Generation Internet rollout. Currently, we don't have a set date for specific areas since the work can vary by region. With that said, we will notify customers once the upgrades are complete for their services. You'll see a message on your bill, an email communication, and even a letter in the mail depending on your preferences.

Ours uploads just increased from 40 to 200!  We got a notice that there would be work at midnight one evening and shortly after, the upload speed jumped dramatically!  Nice.

And that lasted for 3 days, and then two nights ago all the lights on the xFi flashed and when it was done, the upload dropped to 100.  Not sure what's up with that.
