Upload speed still capped at 40mbps after "Enhanced" Network service
Hello, I see that my area has just completed the enhanced network service but I am still only seeing an upload speed capped at 40mbps. How do I get the upgraded speeds. I have replaced my older modem with the newest, lastet unit. Thank you

Hello, @user_ahxx8p thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. I completely understand wanting to check on the steps needing to receive the higher upload speeds once the area equipment has been upgraded to support those. From experience, it took a few weeks for me to be able to see the upgrades take effect after I received the communication the work was completed in my area last year. Working remotely myself, I really enjoyed once those became available for me.
- Did you receive the notification of work completion, if so when was that?
