Upload speed increase

Is there a way to increase the upload speed on my current plan? I'm on the 300mbps down / 20mbps up plan. 20mbps upload speed is no longer meeting my needs due to work change.

user_q2qsh5 Until our network enhancements complete for the equipment servicing your home, the upload on the current plan can't be upgraded further. You would need to upgrade the package to get the higher uploads currently available. Once the network enhancement work completes for your area, you will automatically get the higher uploads at that time. We will notify you a week before the work begins, but I don't have a timeline unfortunately I can provide for when the work is set to be done.
