Upload at 40 Mbps with Gigabit X2 and Arris S34
Just upgrade my service and I'm not seeing the upload or download speeds I was expecting with Gigabit x2. I have reboot my cable modem several times.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
