Upgrading my internet

I was trying to upgrade my internet and I keep getting a “your order deserves a little more attention” and to call but I haven’t had Luck with calling customer support that’s why I prefer doing it online. I saw others complain and customer support telling them to direct message but I can’t on the website or forums. Hopefully I get help here.
