Upgrading Internet Plan

I have been trying to upgrade my internet to 500/500 through now and the ai chat bot and there is not the option for upgrading anymore. I have been trying to speak to a real person about this as i am just in a loop of not getting anything done

user_5m3ipl. We only have two speed options for NOW Internet: 100 Mbps and 200 Mbps. We don't offer a 500 Mbps option. You can check the speed options HERE.
