Upgrading Cable Plan to Ultimate

I went online yesterday and tried to upgrade from the 'Popular' to the 'Ultimate' plan for my cable package.  Normally, in my years of experience these changes are seamless and take effect quickly after placing the order.  However, the change has not taken place and when I look at my account it says 'There's an order being processed.'  Do you know how long it should take this change to go through?  Thanks for your help.

Is there a moderator on this forum who can take a Quick Look at my account and tell me if they see anything holding up the order?  I really appreciate the assistance.

I meant  @Xfinity Support not a site moderator. I would just like to be able to watch the Braves again now that Bally’s channels have been restored. Thanks!

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page. 

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 

• Click "Sign In" if necessary 

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page) 

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 

• Press Enter to send your message
