Upgrading Cable Plan to Ultimate
I went online yesterday and tried to upgrade from the 'Popular' to the 'Ultimate' plan for my cable package. Normally, in my years of experience these changes are seamless and take effect quickly after placing the order. However, the change has not taken place and when I look at my account it says 'There's an order being processed.' Do you know how long it should take this change to go through? Thanks for your help.
