Upgrades are broken

They came to do the network enhancement/ upgrade in my neighborhood. They took 65 houses offline in my neighborhood for 2 days. Then the techs left and said everything is good, but it was not..none of us had internet. None of us could report the outage.  The fastest we could get an appointment for 1 of us was the next day.  We still don't know what to do or how to get online, and most of us work from home!

We dint know what to do or how to even report an outage. Calling goes nowhere and the chats are useless.

@XfinityAmira it's almost funny how wrong that is. There are 65 houses in my community, and at the moment, most of them are xfinity customers. None of them have connectivity - yet the app says everything is fine, there is no outage. If a set of 65 houses without connectivity doesn't count as an outage, then someone needs to review the policies.
