Upgraded service - how long for new channels??

Hello,

I upgraded myTV and Internet services last night, but still see none of the new channels. I am keeping the existing X1 box for the new TV service. I am being shipped a self install gateway, so I know I'll wait on that, but shouldn't the new channels show up almost instantly for TV?

Hello there, @sconnelly29. Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us. It sounds like since the order is still opened due to us sending you a new modem, the plan you agreed upon will not start (including the cable channels) until you receive the new equipment, and get it activated. I hoped this helps clear things up. :)
