Upgraded my plan

I just chatted with someone regarding upgrading my services.  They upgraded me to what I was wanting, but the changes don't seem to be reflecting on my plan.  Hopefully someone can assist me with this.

Thanks for reaching out to us since we bill a month in advance

 

if you made changes in the middle of your billing cycle you won't see the changes reflected on your account until the next billing cycle comes out

 

 

Now if you upgraded speeds or channel tiers those all should be working for you from the time you agree to the order you just simply won't see the changes on our website to your next statement process and that statement will have a breakdown of the changes you made in any prorates or adjustments
