upgraded Internet to 2G plan but not getting it
Last week I upgraded from the 1.1Gb/20mb plan to the 2Gb/250Mb plan. I am still getting the 1.1Gb speeds. I rebooted the router several times.

The 2 Gig internet speed tier currently requires using one of our wireless gateways or one listed under Compatible modems for enhanced speeds.
I see in the direct message your sent, you mentioned receiving one of our modems. Our team will need to take a deeper look at the account. We will be responding to your direct message soon.
