Upgraded internet and TV. Nothing new 24+ hours later

Over a day ago I contacted live support to help me upgrade my xfinity package, migrating off a grandfathered package with 150 MBps internet to one with 800 MBps internet + a different TV package. However, it's been over 24hrs and I still don't have access to the new tv channels nor is my internet speed increased (No, there's no QoS on my router + I'm using a brand new XFi gateway in bridge mode + I've eliminated the router as the cause as I've direct connected to the XFi unit and have restarted it several times just to be certain).

On the website in my plan details it shows the new plan information but when I go to change/upgrade my plan it says there is an "order in the works" -- How long does this take?
