Upgrade to XB10
Hello. I am a current Xfinity customer located in Denver, Colorado. I currently have the 2.1 GB service, which is an X-Class DOCSIS 4.0 plan.
I am currently using the XB8 Gateway, and I would like to upgrade my equipment to the newest XB10 Advanced Gateway to ensure full support for my service tier and Wi-Fi 7 capabilities.
Could you please check my account eligibility and schedule the XB10 to be shipped to me or arrange for a professional installation?
