Upgrade to unlimited data

I own my own modem and would like to add unlimited data to my plan for a month. However, when I go to the unlimited data page, it says the service is unavailable. After some research, it seems that the only way to do this is to make a post on the forums and get in touch with someone from xfinity, so hear I am.
