Upgrade to Unlimited Data
I would like to add unlimited data to my existing internet service. With more of my family working from home, home schooling, newly added 4k TVs, and increased gaming our internet data usage is growing. I attempted to add this to my account online and I get a message saying the service is temporarily unavailable. I have my own equipment and want to remain using my own equipment, I am not interested in xFi. My understanding it is an extra $30 per month and starts immediately upon adding it to my service according to your info in the mobile app and your FAQ. Could someone from Xfinity Customer Service help me out?
