Upgrade or maintenance notification

​If you are going to take my services down for a planned upgrade or maintenance can we get a text or email of the schedule? We work from home and you wiped out all services without notice twice now. Just a heads-up would seam prudent. ​

Hello @user_3fe2f9, we certainly understand the importance of having services up and running especially while working from home. There isn't a schedule that we can provide as each interruption/maintenance times can vary depending on the work needed to be completed. You can always monitor the interruptions through the MyAccount app or our status center website: https://www.xfinity.com/support/status. You can set a text notification to be sent once the issue gets resolved when there's an active interruption.

@XfinityGabby​ Yes, I did set a text notification to be sent once the issue gets resolved but it didn't work for both occasions. Yes I accept your answer but if you want to improve your product or services I'd figure out a way to give us a heads up. Thanks
