Upgrade Now Internet
I recently purchased xfinity now wifi for $30 and been having it activated for 2 days now. The one I paid for is not fast enough for what I need and I wanted to upgrade. If I upgrade to the $45 a month plan would I have to pay the full thing or just the difference

Thanks for reaching out to us, if you are an existing NOW Internet customer and decide to upgrade your plan (for example, from NOW100 to NOW200), you will be billed for the upgraded service at that time, without affecting your existing billing cycle for NOW Internet or NOW Mobile. This means you will pay for the upgrade immediately, but your regular billing for the existing services will continue as scheduled. You can manage this upgrade through your online account or the NOW Portal.
