Upgrade equipment to XB10?

Trying to see if its possible to upgrade my current equipment to the XB10. I've been into 2 store locations and have gotten the run around, im starting to get super frustrated. Our internet drops all the time,pay for 1.2 gig and lucky if I get half that or it just drops to 0. Getting tired of paying for service we aren't getting.

How are you connecting your devices?  XB10 isn't likely to fix anything if you're using a wired connection from a computer.  It's mostly a WiFi upgrade.  I'd test with a cable if you can.  WiFi causes lots of problems, and if you can eliminate it in a test it helps narrow down what the problem is.

@zandor60657​ we have one device wired and have tried multiple cords. Anything else we have would be wifi and never have more than 2-3 devices running on it at the same time, so its definitely not being overloaded.
