Upgrade Disney+ to no ads

I've tried to upgrade my Disney+ to no ads through the Xfinity StreamStore multiple times and it gives me the following error every time I try to check out: Sorry about that! We had a problem with our site.

Is anyone else having this problem? How can I upgrade my Disney+ with no ads if I can't do it through the StreamStore? I don't use the Xfinity streaming box, so I can't manage it there.

When I try to get a live agent to help do the upgrade for me, they just give me the steps on how to upgrade through the StreamtStore. I'm getting nowhere with this!

Hello user_9bbwvp! That sounds incredibly frustrating! It definitely seems like a technical glitch on the site is blocking your Disney+ upgrade.

Since the StreamStore website isn’t cooperating, there is a handy shortcut if you're using our standard equipment.
If you have an X1 cable box and a Voice Remote, you can skip the website entirely.
Just press the Voice button and say, "Manage Subscriptions."
This opens a menu on your TV where you can select Disney+ and switch to the "No Ads" plan directly.
 
If you aren't using a cable box, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or opening an incognito window to see if that resolves the error in the StreamStore
