Updating Plan: Keep internet, remove mobile, add current phone, and bundle discount?

Hi, 
The website refuses to do what I want and I can't connect with a live agent.
I have a current plan of Gig x2 internet plus a mobile line that I only added to get the deal. Now, I would like to renew my plan (and obviously get a discount, why would I pay more for the same service?).
I'd like to keep my internet but remove the current mobile line in exchange for adding my phone/number from T-Mobile. So in the end, I would still have the internet + mobile plan and just switch out the current line. 
Some help would be appreciated since I can't seem to make these choices through the site.
