Updated equipment NOT shipped
I was prompted, through my cable box, to order "updated equipment" at the end of October, stating it would arrive 12/6-12/7. It's still in processing and has never shipped. I've called a couple of times, but get transferred around until they bounce me out of the que and get disconnected.
