Update reward status

Hi, I am a comcast customer since 2016 but my reward status is being shown as "Silver" since I moved to a new address recently. How can I get it fixed? Thanks.

The concern is not "Community Center" help related. Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
