Update removed packages and services without approval
I had contacted Xfinity to find a promotion to reduce my high bills, and instead of applying a promotion, the agent removed the things I had said were important and called it my "new deal." When I had questioned the things on the approval form, because honestly, "package names and bundle names" mean nothing, I was told, "oh don't worry, it's all in there it's okay, just approve and when you get your bill you will see the updates." So when the new billing date comes around, I find that the two services that I had said were important - had been removed and that is how the agent applied the "promotion." After communications with more than 13 agents on phone and in chat, and over 6 hours of time wasted, nothing has been resolved and they have now made a 40+ year customer unhappy as all get out.
Has anyone else been misled or lied to by a phone agent in hopes of upselling service packages that should not have been removed to begin with?
