Update payment information

I need to change my debit card on my auto pay. Who can help me with that?  I spoke 2x with an automated service that took my information, but then never said anything after that. Please respond.

Hello, @user_2cq9qr we are not allowed to update payment information over social media. As this is considered a self-service option have you tried these steps already:

 

 

To update your autopay information, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to the Xfinity app or NOW Portal.
  2. Tap Manage Billing or select See details next to Plans.
  3. Tap the Autopay box to view settings.
  4. Choose Update Payment Method.
  5. Select an existing payment method or add a new one by entering your payment details.
  6. Agree to the terms and tap Set up.

If using the NOW Portal, you may need to turn off autopay temporarily to apply the new payment method.
