Update outage
Hi There - our service remains out. Yesterday 1/31 text said estimated time of restoration was 725pm, it’s 530pm on Sunday now almost 24 hrs later and we’ve received no updates (it says vaguely as soon as possible) and there aren’t any trucks in our vicinity working on the lines? How can we get some sort of update?

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.
Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
