Update on this joke
This has been the most uphill battle with Xfinity NOW. I canceled my services two months ago, got the confirmation email and was on my way. For 2 months I have been billed for services I was never receiving, not only that- when I was trying to set up services initially they sent a broken router, a worker to fix it who could not complete the job, and sent another broken router to replace the first. Now being billed two months post cancellation I decide to chat with the bot, they direct me to an agent. Cool. Agent says I need to turn off autopay, I go into my accounts, where I can update none of my billing information because the app says I have no current services due to canceling. It is impossible for me to get to the appropriate page because Xfinity "is not providing services"....that I'm being billed for. I get on the phone again, call another agent, I explain, they transfer me to the appropriate department, more nonsense talk, and then that agent tells me the ONLY solution is to talk to the AI bot with Xfinity NOW...which is where I started. It's absurd the lack of customer service, and the lack of accessibility to solving simple issues. I recommend this internet company to no one. $90 down the drain for services I was never provided, even when I was a customer. Went to the bank to close my debit card just to get out of auto payments since that was the only option left for me. Very very upsetting.
UPDATE: got sent some emails asking me to escalate the issue...wouldn't you believe? More chat bots! Decided to give it a rest and just see what would happen next "billing" cycle and go from there. Wouldn't you know...a notification from my bank that Xfinity still tried to bill my card. Another $45 for services. That have been cancelled. For over 3 months. And an email from Xfinity themselves (very sweet) asking me to update my card info so my services don't stop. Oh? The services that I had not been receiving? Got it.
only plus side to this is I'm finally freed from this joke of a company billing me for services I never received. Only took 3 hours on the phone and closing my personal debit card!

Since NOW Internet is a self-service product, account management and billing are handled through the NOW portal rather than the standard Xfinity account tools. Our team does not have access to your billing or account set up. However, hen you have a chance, please sign in through the NOW account page here: Xfinity NOW and review your account, billing details, and payment information. If you run into any issues accessing your account or have questions while using the portal, please let us know. We'll be happy to help however we can.
