UPDATE - Exterior Connection Box Is Clicking, Needs Replacement - TV Service Horrible and Internet Sketchy

UPDATE- after yet another failed attempt do robo-reset everything, live agent called me back and scheduled me for a tech appointment to replace equipment. She said it would be for Thursday July 13, 10AM -Noon.  After we hung up, the confirmation text I received said Friday, July 14. 8-10AM.  So of course, it’s impossible to correct to the original time your agent set up.  AND now the exterior connection bos is clicking no stop , and I have NO internet or watchable comcast TV service.  Streaming through other sources works fine so I know it is not my television.
Original post - Hello, could someone PLEASE send a technician out to replace the exterior box (pic below) that is clicking loudly for several minutes at a time, intermittently.  I happened to notice it a couple of days ago when I was outside.  For MONTHS now, our TV has been pixelating but not on every channel, and it has slowly progressed to where now we cannot watch TV for the last several days.  Also our internet service cuts in/out and I frequently get "server is unreachable" messages.  I searched online for what could be causing the clicking and what I found said a capacitor was probably going bad and the item needs to be replaced because it was going to stop functioning completely soon.  I have attempted to have this corrected through your app but there is no way to use the right code word to explain the issue to your artificial intelligence chatbot.  I finally called your 800 number yesterday (because your app said I would have to be on hold longer if I didn't try the robo -resets first), and after yet another remote reset attempt that did not reach my TV or modem, I was connected to a live agent named Shin (expert technician) who took all my detailed information.  He said he could see on his end that there was a serious issue going on with the equipment and it sounded like the outside connection box definitely needs replacing.  He gave me a ticket number: ECM0002649257 and that I would receive a text to set up an appointment time, but I have heard NOTHING back and service continues to worsen.  Plus when I try to track down the ticket number in your robo-app, it says there is no appointment set up under my account and it cannot find the ticket number.  SO, I have attached pics below of the exterior box (so your technician will know what to have on his truck for replacement), the frozen pixelated TV screen and an error message it gives when I try to do ANYTHING with the remote.  I also have videos of the clicking sound and the awful pixelation/audio skipping but I can't get your system to accept them here. So far all the attempts to use your prescribed, conventional methods to repair these issues have been a complete waste of my time and have resulted in nothing but worse/nonexistent service.
