Update Address For Shipment [Edit: Language]

Hello,

First off. This is my first experience with xfinity and it's a complete disaster. I placed an order to switch to mobile to xfinity along with a phone. The shipment was missing the apartment number. I've contacted the "support" twice. Once on friday 4/18 and again today. The first time, they promised me that the shipment was updated after trying to make me place an order. The shipper is still showing it's not. Why is it so difficult to contact a company to have them make changes to an order that I placed with them? If this is the "xfinity experience" I might just cancel the service. This should be a simple process.
