Un-whitelist an email contact

How do you do this? Am not receiving email from a certain sender. They claim that it is whitelisted, but I don't remember having done that. Cannot receive emails from the.

I'm sorry to hear that you are not receiving emails from a certain sender, are you experiencing this issue with any other email addresses? Were you previously able to send emails to that sender?

No, only 1 email sender. I can send emails to them, but not receive them. Was at one point able to receive emails from them. Not now, though. Thanks for any help.
