Unwarranted Increase in monthly bill

I purchased new pods because internet connect has been very inconsistent since I build my home. I had other pods from xfinity but agent told me I needed new pods. I purchased from the site as told and now my monthly bill has increased $50. No explanation and no adjustment in services.  Also, I am not under a contract yet as a customer for many, many years I am not able to get a better price yet my service is spotty and bill continues to rise.

I was on chat with xfinity for over two hours, four employees, getting transferred from one to another.  Never resolved my problem and also made changes to my service without me knowing and I just got email about new monthly bill cost and my bill is $484.  Absurd to have to work so hard to get service not to mention how hard it is to even chat with someone who attempts to help yet doesn’t understand how.
