Unwanted services added to bill after downgrade.
I recently reduced TV service and dropped phone service. Each time I go back, there is a NEW unwanted service added: $25/month XFi Complete, which I DO NOT WANT, AND DID NOT ORDER.
I still keep getting a "bill correction" to review to approve the Xfi Complete on the bill, after working with chat and phone support multiple times. This after delays after original change order, and being unable to see service or billing for weeks because "an order is pending" (scammy way to hide the new charge).
Complete scam -- you keep delaying the reduction savings, and adding new services.
Fix this retroactively to the first change of service order 28 February 2025
