I received an email saying you received my cancellation request. I sent no cancellation request. Please fix / advise.

Hi there! I can understand how concerning this may be, I am happy to help. 

To get started, please use the chat icon in the upper right to enter Direct Messaging and send us a message with your full name and full address.

 

 Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "direct messaging" icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message

Thank you, Jeff! I appreciate you taking the time to send in your account details. And welcome to our family! We are thrilled to have you. I was able to locate an account here,  as an added security measure, I will need to send a verification code to  email on record. This will need to be relayed back to me as soon as possible, as the code does expire shortly after being sent. Is now a good time?
