Unusual Amount of Outages in our Area
Who can I contact at Xfinity about the number of service outages in our area? Over the last couple of weeks, we’ve had at least 6 fairly significant outages in our area that have caused lost time at work, and trouble with completing virtual learning. A $15 credit on my bill doesn’t help, and the automated system is super frustrating to navigate.
