unused equipment

Hello, I recently canceled my TV service and the person helping me said nothing about returning equipment. I am now getting a text every week asking to return equipment. How do I stop the texts.

Thank you for reaching out to us @user_h3zlor! We’re regret to hear the representative did not inform you the rental equipment would need to be returned.
