Unsure how to receive my equipment
I signed up for service yesterday and selected the option to pickup my equipment in store. I went in store and they told me I needed to call and have the equipment shipped to me. I called Xfinity yesterday and they said that I should have a confirmation but haven't received one. At this point, I don't know how I am going to receive my equipment and I can't talk or chat with anyone to actually help.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
