Unstable speeds — Xfinity misses appointments

I’ve been dealing with ongoing internet issues for over two weeks. It started as unstable service and has now progressed to complete outages. When the connection does work, speeds fluctuate dramatically—from extremely slow (around 4% of expected speeds) to normal.

A technician previously visited and said the issue was fixed, but it wasn’t. A follow-up appointment was scheduled, and the technician did not arrive.

Looking for urgent help to resolve what appears to be an external wiring issue (so they’ve said). They sent one tech who changed my password and acted like he just saved my life. When we requested him to come back because nothing changed, he missed the appointment. Made a third appt the next day, they never showed. Fourth one scheduled tomorrow but considering they miss 66% of their appts with me I’m not holding my breath.

We are happy to assist!  I understand that you have your 4th appointment attempt scheduled for tomorrow.  Do you usually receive a phone call confirmation the day before the scheduled tech visit?
