Unstable Internet New Issue
Suddenly at least once a call at work I get an unstable internet notice and end up missing key parts of calls and have to ask people to repeat themselves. I’ve never had this issue before and have been a loyal customer for years. I don’t run any crazy programs and just use Microsoft suite and my laptop is the only device actively using internet, I have to put my phone off WiFi. Why is this happening? I can’t pay more and shouldn’t have to pay more because of this new issue that is frustrating and embarrassing me at work.
